Chelsom decorative lighting features throughout Corinthia Brussels, the spectacular reimagining of the city’s historic Grand Hotel Astoria. Working alongside GA Design, Chelsom supplied lighting for the guestrooms and the hotel’s impressive Palm Court, forming part of a carefully considered scheme that balances the building’s Belle Époque heritage with contemporary luxury.
Within the guestrooms, Stockholm table lamps bring warmth and understated elegance to the bedside, complementing the refined palette of soft neutrals, rich blue and rust-gold accents. Townhouse floor and table lamps feature within the wider scheme, combining clean architectural lines with warm metallic detailing.
In the Palm Court, Chelsom lighting provides intimate pools of light amongst the elegant seating areas, adding warmth and atmosphere beneath the magnificent restored stained-glass skylight. The lighting sits naturally alongside GA Design’s combination of historic architectural detailing, marble, rich upholstery and contemporary craftsmanship.
The result is a sophisticated lighting scheme that complements the grandeur of this landmark property while bringing a distinctly contemporary layer to the guest experience.
