We offer a fully flexible design, manufacturing, project management and delivery service in the knowledge that our prestigious customers demand the very best from their suppliers. Every aspect of a project is coordinated in a detailed fashion to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

CHELSOM UK HEADQUARTERS

Our 23,000 sq. ft. production facility operates at the highest quality levels facilitating excellent levels of UK Manufacturing. All UK and overseas sub-contractors are managed by our own expert quality, sourcing and engineering teams.

Although it is product aesthetics that drives our design ethos, we truly understand that this needs to coexist with the ever evolving technical landscape and our highly capable teams are fully experienced in all aspects of technical lighting.

GLOBAL SALES OPERATION

Chelsom’s deep rooted infrastructure allows us to service complex projects around the world. Our business development teams travel across multiple continents which has allowed us to win exciting projects in cities from Sydney to Los Angeles.

UK STOCKHOLDING

With a 25,000 sq. ft. warehousing facility at our head office in the North of England, we are able to carry a uniquely large stock holding, giving customers immediate access to high volumes of standard Chelsom products and components. Short lead time projects can be easily serviced with immensely flexible turnaround times.

AFTER SALES CARE

Chelsom’s involvement with a project does not stop once the products have been delivered. We stand by our customers until every stakeholder is satisfied. We are only happy once the hotel is open, the ship has sailed or the homeowner is moved in. Our after sales teams will always be on hand to support in any way needed.
